Education is the chief key to success. Without education, no country can thing of its success. To aim at the development of the whole person, Bal Niketan English Medium was established in the year 1975, Being a part of Bal Niketan Gandhi Seva Sadan, Rajsamand established on 26 November, 1952, this institution has been running successfully from classes Nursery to XII based on the curriculum of C.B.S.E., New Delhi. The School has been resulting remarkably with the effective efforts of its trained and experienced teachers. Several educational and co-curricular activities have been conducted to aim its success.
Gandhi Seva Sadan School is an inventive and creative educational Institute of this Rajsamand district of Rajasthan. It was established by a great freedom fighter and an eloquent speaker of Annuvrat, 'Anuvrat Maharathi' Late Devendra Kumar Karnawat, alias "Kaka Shaheb". Various educational and social services are managed here through Gandhi Seva Sadan in which the main branch is 'Bal Niketan Sr. Secondary Co-educational School (English Medium). Approximately, 500 students are sharing their educational views here, flourishing the light of wisdom. Bal Niketan School is situated by the side of worldly known 'Rajsamand Lake' which is globally surrounded by the splendor of the natural feature of a landscape. Students are facilited here in the healthy and harmonious environment of the nature.
Being guided by the principal of 'Anuvrat' and the grace of worldly known Acharya 'Mahapragya' the English Medium wing was shifted into its new building 'Maha Pragya Bhawan' which was inaugurated on 31 July, 2007 by the M.D. of J.K. Tyre Industry. Mr. Raghupati Singhania in the presence of the President of women commission Dr. Girija Vyas.
The School has well settled laboratories of Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology with latest equipment's and software. Student's education is provided with advanced OS windows-, such as multimedia & well equipped computer systems with broad-band connection & smart classes.
Gandhi Seva Sadan forever intends of inculcating the students in independent refined, healthy, and daring magnificent and coordinating environment to develop their physical, mental, spiritual and moral progress, so that they can be an ideal celebrity and can be streamlined in any hazardous state of affairs.
Bal Niketan Gandhi Seva Sadan believes in reality of life and imparts the same attitude to the students to fetch real from unreal, fact from fiction and light from darkness. This is the main contemplation of the school and it will remain forever.
